I provide close, rigorous feedback for research, policy, and fiction. My fiction work has a particular focus on science fiction, fantasy, and dystopian content. Across genres, the goal is to make the work more effective without sanding away the author's voice, purpose, or complexity.

A deeper editorial intervention. Feedback examines how structure, argument, narrative, evidence, and audience work together and offers a prioritized revision path.
A reader-response engagement. Feedback documents the reading experience—where attention holds, where confusion emerges, and what lands emotionally—without redesigning the manuscript.
Current experience
I provide substantive editorial review for Disability Policy Foundry work, with attention to argument, organization, clarity, framing, and the implications of language choices in disability-policy writing.
This work reflects the kind of feedback I value: specific enough to support revision, candid about what is not working, and careful not to replace an author's analysis or voice with my own.
About sensitivity reading
I can offer one informed perspective on Indigenous, LGBTQ+, and disabled or neurodivergent representation. No individual reader can speak for an entire community or guarantee that a work will land the same way for everyone. When a project crosses multiple identities or experiences, additional readers may be appropriate.
