Accessibility, inclusion, and lived experience shape my approach from the beginning. I pay attention to who can participate, whose experience the work captures, and whether the final product is genuinely usable by the people it is meant to serve.
That might mean reconsidering who a survey leaves out, making a dashboard understandable without specialist knowledge, accounting for disability and neurodivergent participation, or flagging assumptions that weaken an argument or representation.
